Centralized Training

One week before opening school, I had to go UTM for centralized training of MASUM. In ten days training, almost all the players attend and pay good attention on the training. What the special elements instilled in this training that different with previous is more emphasized on fitness and strength training which cover 60 percent of whole training program me. However, our coach only make less than 1 hour of strength training on us everyday due to our fitness still cannot achieve required standard.

Fitness test had been done in the first day and the last day. Like normally, I only ran for level 7. It seems have improved of fitness after daily jogging along 12 minutes. This camp actually does not improve much of my skills but I learn much from that. Unit Sukan plans to give us minimum of 5km jogging distance every week start January. I know the importance of fitness, footwork, agility, bounding and wrist force in table tennis. Thus, I have bought a jump rope so to train my bouncing speed and footwork. Besides, I plan to do gym and jogging if I have free time so I will not in hardship during jogging of 5km. Anyway, I realized that the rubber play a very important role in table tennis. I just change my forward rubber from Dawei 2008 to Butterfly Sriver and it seems improved my spin and speed. I feel good with it, nice to change angle, lighter, and can easier apply more types of skills.

I may be played in double event, so I think I should work very hard start now in order to enter at least semi-final in MASUM. It seen so far but nothing is impossible in sport. At least, I can get a medal in MASUM as a symbolically achievement in table tennis in university’s level.

The Single Mother

Yesterday, I had finish watched a Chinese drama called and it really catch my eyes. The story tells the life of a single mother called An Xiu Yan take care of her bad sicken son and daughter as she was implicated into a magnate’s life. She was married with the magnate, called Qing Song Ping, as she needs emergent financial support to his son’s surgery after he divorced with previous wife. Actually, it is a faked marriage and her job just to manage the housework. Even she is not so accepted by Song Ping’s mother but grandmother has accepted and like her gradually.

She has a best friend- Hao Ran who grows together since childhood and he helped her much especially in take care of her son and daughter. She did not tell his Song Ping about her family situation and it had been tricked by another girl – Zi Yi who wants to be the magnate’s wife so much. Thus, the girl makes lot of trick to break them separate and finally it come true. Xiu Yan had being unhoused, she has to work hard as her son is in critical moment. She works a lot of jobs and she got to be a singer in club. Song Ping plan to marry with the Zi Yi but he still impressed deeply by Xiu Yan.

After few incidents, the tricky girl had being arrested due to criminal to post faked naked picture of Xiu Yan and also knock her daughter caused almost being a vegetative people( Plant man). Everyone have realize something more important in life now. Song Ping admitted his fault in many incidents on everyone. He decided to take Xiu Yan as his wife and it comes true. Xiu Yan’s son and daughter had healed from disease and survived.

Besides, Song Ping ex-wife, Mei Zhi fell in love on Hao Ran but he do not think he match her due to their career difference. Hao Ran decided to leave to battle for bright future and he ask Mei Zhi wait for him.

This is nice drama as it brings lot of moral of the story. Hope everyone can watch it.

After Exam

Finally, I finished the exam in this semester. Again, it is the end again, a semester. Seem time passing so quickly, much things have happened in this semester, and this is the 5th sem. In this sembreak, I don’t go home coz want work in Johor Bahru. A bit miss home and family, but lack of money, no dare to ask financial support from family. So, its better I earn it myself, haha! I made it already, will work temporary for computer fair in City Square. After that, I will try to find other jobs.

Another programme in this sembreak is centralized training in UTM for incoming MASUM. Again, ping pong again. Many people think Lee Kah Soo = Ping Pong. Haiz, actually the sport I like the most is football la…
There are quite a lot to conclude about this semester. For study, I need to pull up my result more. Besides it, I will go out with my friends everywhere if free. Tebrau Jusco always the favourite place, shopping, watching movie, and sing K. Haha! Another great experience is in The Zone. Whatsoever, the most important is the moment enjoy with friends.

Relation?? Haha!! Just let it be.

14th ASEAN UNIVERSITY GAMES 2008 Kuala Lumpur

11 – 21 December 2008 is great date for sport events in this region, there is 14th ASEAN UNIVERSITY GAMES 2008 held in Kuala Lumpur participated by talented university athletes from all countries in ASEAN. I have been volunteer in this event which takes part in athletic division. For overall medal standing, Malaysia achieve target to be the champion with medal haul of 90 golds, 79 silvers, and 47 bronzes. Congratulation!!! Vietnam also performs very well in this event to show their competitive ability in this region by 2nd seat. This event is great in role to unite people, accelerate progressive and preserve peace spirit. I hope this event will be more influence and attractive in future. The 15th ASEAN UNIVERSITY GAMES 2010 will be held in Chiangmai in Thailand. More information about this event can refer to www.aug2008.com.my.
